Word count is 200 words, it isn't hard to do
ECS is generally rated PG-13, but mature scenes are allowed
If you intend on going in that direction, put a warning on the thread title
We allow some swearing, but we ask that you use common sense and know when enough is enough
NO power play
NO killing characters without permission
Observance of proper grammar and spelling conventions is kindly requested
ECS runs on liquid time, so you may join multiple threads at once
Just make sure to keep the timeline straight so there's minimal confusion
At least read the Wikipedia article of the animal you choose for a talisman because we like it when people pay attention to biology
You must choose your talisman from the list. Don't worry--we keep updating the list, and if you post often enough you may be able to get a talisman of your own choosing

Applications must be filled out properly
Mary-sues, gary-sues- or perfect characters are not allowed, everyone has flaws
Unique personalities are encouraged
Not too many violet vampires or nice humans, we need variety
Occasional bans may be placed on a certain type of character, if there is one, it will be posted as an announcement
After a month or so of inactivity, characters will be moved to the archives. Contact a staff member if you want the character active again
We would like all characters active. So don't go over your head and make TONS. If you have more then one character, put all your characters stats in your signature.
``Graphics[/color]
Graphics are strongly encouraged so that other members can see what your character looks like
Avatars must be 100 x 100 and signatures must be 600 x 200 or less
Play- bys must be real people like celebrities, NOT cartoons or anime
``Credits[/color]
Please give credit to people who have: done a signature/ avatar for you, made a plot page, posting format, and such.
Just don't use things that other people have made/ done without giving credit

Wait for a staff member to approve your character before you start RPing
Also, please let us know that you have read the rules by putting the word 'CunningWolf' in the 'Code' area of your character form.
Remember that if you have any issues, whatever it may be, please come to one of the staff members. We'll do our best to deal with any issues that may arise.
