Kai followed Reyes and Yueying to this supposed mall. Once they reached the entrance Kai was somewhat surprised that it was fairly bigger then he thought. Kai always thought that a mall in a small place like this would be just one big store. Infact this place had a fairly decent amount of people, not to crowed and not to empty. He looked Reyes and then at Yueying before saying “This is the place huh?” with some excitement in his tone. He never worked in a mall before. Back at home he usually just worked round the house since his family pretty much made him do everything.
It then made him wonder what his future boss would be like. All he really knew about him was that he was old. Then again it didn’t matter, he was going to get paid for his work now anyway. “So, where is this person you guys were mentioning about?” asked Kai. He was beginning to get that feeling again, the feeling like he was some kind of parasite leeching off people for help.
Just then he felt a large gush of cold wind. He knew he needed to find some place inside soon. It didn’t matter how many coats you put on him, Kai just weren’t winter proof to this place yet. He couldn’t help it, he was a born and breed South Californian. His body was made for heat not cold temperatures. He began to shake a little, but tried to stop because he felt embarrassed when he did things like this. But come to think of it, Kai was already embarrassed for his colorful marshmallow like clothing.
