Amber eyes blinked as a tan, big cat walked through the tall grass and colorful flowers of the meadow. Jason Weston is in his talisman's form, as he stared around for any animals in site. In his mouth, is a sketch book with a pen tied to it. Be careful of the deer, if you want to sketch them..you better shift soon, or they will smell you as a predator. Then they will definitely not come to graze. Chatsa said to him with a kind, calm voice.
Jason sighed though the cat's nose, I guess your right, Chitsa. I will shift when I get to a good spot, alright? his huge, long, tan tail swayed a little while Jason stalked toward a group of rocks. He crouched slightly before doing a huge leap that went half way up. With another bound he got to the top of the stack of boulders. What a grand place to sit on you can see the whole meadow from here. The scenery is also so pretty to stare at. Jason sat down, on the flat side of the boulder that faced the meadow, with his tail slowly swaying behind him.
Jason laid down his sketch book before shaking himself slightly. With a quick movement, his body swiftly changed to a young man in a white t-shirt and blue jeans. His golden hair glistened a bit in the sun, as his golden-brown eyes stared down on the meadow below. His peachy hands took up the brand, new sketch book before opening to the first page. With slow movements of his hands, he started to sketch the wild flowers below him. He then wondered if Chitsa is there watching him, as he drew flowers with precise hand movements.

The red-coated okapi stepped forward tentatively into waist-high grass of the fresh meadow with its strange, zebra-liked striped legs. It walked a little further towards the center of the meadow, head lowered and searching for that perfect clump of grass. He was pretty far out when he found the piece that was good enough to bring upon itself a soft nibble. It wasn't as good as any tree leaves he could be dining on, but he rather liked the atmosphere of the large, grassy meadow. It seemed peaceful and quiet, but not null of life in the least.
Essentially, this creature was Matt, in his talisman form, of course. He may have been human most of the time, but that didn't mean he never craved for the crisp taste of fresh grass or leaf. And that was what brought him here. Plus, quite a bit of curiosity about what lay in the wilderness of Noatak. Although he was an Innocent, Matt had never gotten into the habit of changing regularly. He tried mostly to stay out of the war and keep to himself as much as humanly possible.
Hell, he thought suddenly, maybe he'd even run into someone out here. Make a friend. Make an enemy. He didn't consider it for long because it was so unlikely. But, nonetheless, it did run across his mind. You never really know with these people.
Sure enough, as he was quietly grazing, making his way slowly deeper into the field, he smelled something strange. Strange for out here. Quite normal for any other time, really. When he realized the human scent for what it was, his head went up in that deer-in-headlights sort of way. He didn't take note much of the physical appearance of the boy, but rather, spotted him on the large rock and shot his head back down to appear as if he was just grazing again.
How long had he been there? Matt had been in the meadow for longer than he had thought, as the sun was already setting. The boy could have been their for any amount of time. Matt would probably have heard him, but he was so consumed in his own thoughts he wasn't quite sure. And anyways, what was some strange boy even doing here? Probably plotting the best way to kill him. He decided he should get closer for a better look to be sure of what to do. But that was probably just his curiosity showing up again.
Matt tried to look as small as possible and slunk toward the taller grass. Very cautiously, he slowly made it to the backside of the pile of rocks the boy was resting, but at a bit of an angle to get a glimpse of his face. And when he did catch that glimpse of his face... it literally took his breath away.
Before he had seen his face, he figured he would just stay in his okapi form. But what he saw forced him to subconsciously change back. And just like he didn't mean to change, he didn't mean to slowly draw himself closer to the figure. By the time he became aware of it, he was at the base of the rocks, just watching the man make gentle strokes with his pencil.
Deep, deep in his mind thoughts shrieked at him, things like "WHAT'RE YOU DOING, YOU FOOL? GET AWAY!" and, "You're not even gay! Are you? Are you..? Matt?!" But they barely surfaced in his mind, and he just shrugged them away, simply watching the strokes of that pencil.
((Erm... When I started posting this I didn't realize August was even going to post. xP She still can, though. Along with this. xD I don't even know if it makes sense and whatnot. I had muse for Matt, so... voila! :3 (I still say August can bring someone else in as well.)))

Look behind you, there is an okapi who is entering the meadow. Jason heard his talisman talk, as he turned another empty page of his new, sketch pad. His eyes blinked as he looked slightly behind him and saw the foreign deer and nodded. Jason did not really want to give away that he spotted the okapi. Yep, I see him or her. he answered Chitsa with his thoughts, before starting to sketch the deer before sighing to himself. His hands started drawing a picture of the okapi looking up from a few tufts of grass he drew around the deer's legs. After a while, he heard it approaching him. And now we have company. he sighed again with a polite smile on his lips, as he looked at his almost finished sketch of the okapi who shifted into a young man. "I know you were there, you didn't really have to hide from me." he said softly, as he did the last detail of the sketch. "Looks like we are much the same, I bet." Jason said politely, as he slowly turned around to hand over the finished sketch of the okapi to the man who stood below him. "If you want it, you can have the sketch." the young man said politely to the other young man. Should I tell him my name, Chitsa? And that I also have a talisman? he thought as he waited for the man in front of him to take the drawing or not take it. Let's take our time to tell him, alright? Chitsa answered back softly. (Its fine. It is open for everyone. )

(Oh jeez. This sucks. Please don't sue me.)
What are you doing here, you moron? You're wasting your time. A low growl rose in Ryan's chest as the voice continued to talk to him. It was nothing new; he'd heard it all before, many times, in fact. Gin always talked like that. Tried to put him down, rarely succeeding by using his voice alone. Very unlike the voice Jason talked to, Gin wasn't Ryan's talisman. Gin was simply a hallucination, a nice-looking man with dark hair and an expressive face that walked beside the large white tiger as it stalked through the brush, tail lashing back and forth in pure rage. Gin was dressed in a suit and tie, not the type of clothes to wear while walking through a prickly woods during fall. Nonetheless, the rosebush thorns and twigs didn't bother Gin, for he wasn't there at all. Ryan could glance up and watch him walk straight through a tree with complete indifference.
But Ryan didn't look up. He had no need to. Nothing Gin did was new, but it was always just as annoying, just as infuriating. And it always gave him a skull-splitting migraine.
So he shoved the thoughts of Gin aside, instead focusing on his large paws, placing them carefully and deliberately. Gin's babble faded into the back of his mind, and he lost himself in the monotony of the objects that passed underneath him. A truck could have hit him and he would never have noticed it.
But a hard kick to the side did wake him up. HEY. LISTEN TO ME. I'm trying to warn you this time! Ryan snarled, the equivalent of giving permission for the hallucination to speak. Which, of course, made Gin shut up and glare. Gin didn't respond well to being treated like he had to have permission to speak. Gin was a complicated character, and very moody. So he simply turned and walked in another direction. Ryan shrugged mentally and stalked on, but now he was wondering what could be interesting enough to deserve a warning. From Gin. Unless the man was simply trying to confuse him. But he was always confusing so why try more now? Had Ryan been in his human form, he would've been twitching. Too many angles to look at, too much to think about. Nothing was ever for certain when it involved his own mind.
He smelled something that wasn't the normal smell of woods and stopped, raising his head into the air. Opening his jaws, he breathed in through his mouth, and easily separated four different scents. Two were human, but they didn't smell the same. One of the others smelled similar to that of a cat's, while the last was.. unidentifiable. Again, a mental shrug. Closing his mouth, Ryan took a look at his surroundings. He was near the meadow. The smells came from the meadow. You know they're talismans. Worth investigating. Ryan padded at a swifter pace toward the meadow and stopped on the fringes. He wasn't being very sneaky today.
Two young men, one dark-headed, another light-headed. A paper being offered from one to the other. Ryan's green eyes tried to focus on their faces but his tiger vision wasn't as strong as his human eyes, not during the middle of the day. So he detoured and stalked closer, not taking his eyes from the man. And then he remembered. His name was.. Matt Diamond. Idiot. Smartass. Innocent. What of it? You're a Hunter. So. So hunt. Ryan's reaction to being ordered was the same as Gin's reaction to given permission. He wanted to walk away. But he couldn't. He stood for several seconds that seemed like hours, debating with himself. A decision came, finally. And he was already in his human form and walking straight up to Matt.
Ryan looked like he normally did. Ankle-length trench coat covering a sleeveless black t-shirt and faded jeans, barefoot, with greasy, shoulder-length black hair and dark lines under his eyes. Except this time there was a gun in his right hand, which he aimed at Matt once he stopped about three yards away. Finger on the trigger, lips twitched up in a cruel smile. He said nothing, but he hesitated. Just a pause. He never stopped, it was too dangerous. The target, or deader as he liked to refer to them, was normally one who could do something about a situation like this. Fight back, get away. Ryan doubted Matt could do either. Why not enjoy his job for just once second?

Jason froze as he heard a noise and saw a slight movement in the bushes. Within minutes a man came out with a gun..pointed at the man in front of Jason. The young man then saw the smirk and sort of gawked at the man. But, he grew tense and started to head down, from the top of the rocks, to help Matt.
Jason quickly set the paper down gently on a rock and eying the man with the gun. "What the h*ll are you doing? Why hurt someone in this peaceful meadow? Why?" he heard himself ask the man with the gun before leaping rock to rock as he made his way down, before landing in front of Matt. "Please, put the gun down." Jason said as he met Ryan's eyes with calmness. "Just put it down." he said as he shoved his hands in his pockets that hid nothing.
Use your cougar form, anytime you need it. Chistsa said to Jason who slightly nodded. He will use his form when he needs to, to keep the other person behind him safe. Jason eyed Ryan as he waited to see what will happen next. All he knew it can be worse or better on the decisions of the man holding the gun. If the bullet leaves the gun, he can easily change to dodge it and have the man under him. Then, it will be his turn to decide the man's fate. Jason bit his lip as he eyed the gun with his golden-brown eyes. All I know, is that the man who came to us first is Innocent and the man in front of us is a Hunter, that is why the peacefulness of the meadow is disturbed. Chitsa explained to Jason who eyed Ryan quietly. Be careful of your decisions, Jason. I will be here to help no matter what happens. Chitsa then grew quiet. Jason stepped forward to glare at Ryan said it again, "Put the gun down." Jason then got ready to change when his form is needed to stop the fight, if it comes. This is might end quite terrible. he thought, as his eyes narrowed a bit more.

(Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible... Not my normal quality post guys. ) Anthony had the day off; it was Sunday. He was going grocery shopping, which was a first, when, somehow, he got "lost". The term being used loosely here, he had actually ended up at the bar. Shocker. But that was hours ago. Since he had begun his relationship with Evan, he had not been drunk once. At least not that he remembered, which doesn't really answer anything. His sober spell had come to an end, unfortunately. Anthony stumbled blindly around the woods, a beer bottle in his hand. How he had got there, he didn't know. He didn't really mind it though, his mind was pretty numb by this point (what was it, his sixth beer?). He was quite surprised his body wasn't. A few minutes passed by and he stumbled out of the woods and into a large meadow. There was something odd about it, he realized, as his head jerked about, searching the meadow. And there, he spotted it. A growing rivalry in the middle of the meadow. Being as drunk as he was, he hadn't noticed it. But wait... Was that Ryan? The near empty bear bottle slipped out of his hand, falling with a thud. "Shit!" he muttered angrily. Moments later, his feet were shuffling towards the group, in a drunken fashion. He was headed straight toward Ryan, his old army buddy whom he hadn't seen in months now. Before he could stop himself though, he ran smack into him, knocking him over and landing on top of him in a big drunken mess. What a great way to greet an old friend.
