The year is 2015 and the U.S as we know it is in total chaos. After some strange incidents occur all over the states, the goverment started an investigation which led them to believe the supernatraul forces were at work. Well, not many people were willing to believe magick exsisted, vampires were real and oh by the way, there are some people who can produce electricity from their hands. Well, there seemed to be no problem until the goverment came to the conclusion that ALL magical beings were evil and started hunting them down and killing them.
